Thanks for your interest in CYO Track and Field. A link to the registration form will be posted on this webpage when registration opens. We are planning to open registration during the final week of January - most likely on January 28th. There are a few issues that need to be resolved before registration can open. Any updates will be posted here as soon as we receive them. Thanks for your patience.

In the meantime, if you don't have a free Sports Engine account, please create one for the parent who will be registering the athletes. A Sports Engine account is needed to fill out the registration form. 

Interested parents should plan to attend one of the upcoming Parent Information Meetings:

Tuesday, January 27th at 7 pm @ St. Joan of Arc Church

Thursday, January 29th at 7 pm @ St. Isidore Church 

The SISJA Catholic Youth Organization (CYO) is a volunteer-run program open to both boys and girls in Grades 3rd – 8th within the boundaries of the St. Isidore or St. Joan of Arc parishes. Athletes do not have to be Catholic to participate but simply seek to enjoy track and field in a Christian environment, practice Christian attitudes and responsibilities, and become friends with other children throughout the Oakland Diocese.

Practices: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday 4:00-5:30pm. We will practice at Diablo Vista Middle School.  

2026 Meets: Saturdays 8:00am to approximately 1:00pm on:

• March 14 - Meet #1 location TBD
• March 21 - Meet #2 location TBD
• March 28 - Meet #3 location TBD
• April 11 - Relay Meet
• April 18 - Meet #4 location TBD
• April 25 - Qualifying Meet location TBD
• April 30, May 2 - Sectional Championship (1600M is run on 4/30)
• May 7 & 9 - Diocesan Championship (800M and 1600M are run on 5/7)

Athlete Expectations:

• Attend at least two (2) practices per week;
• Participate in at least 2 of the 4 regular meets;
• Participate in the Qualifying Meet (4/25/26)

Parent Expectations: Fulfill the mandatory volunteer requirement by helping at practices and meets or in a coach/organizational role.

Cost: Registration Fee is $175 per athlete ($450 total for families of 3 athletes or more); volunteer deposit is $500.

* Please note the the 50 Meter and 100 Meter events may be run on both sides of the track (girls on one side and boys on the other).

Drop Policy for Registered athletes:

• Official Drop Deadline is Friday, February 20, 2026. Before this date fees / deposits are returned. After this date fees / deposits are forfeited (i.e., not returned).
• To drop and receive the refund, you must send an email to sisjacyotrack@gmail.com to drop from the program
